Payment and Deposits
All prices are exclusive of VAT charged at 20%.
A 25% deposit will be required for all bookings with the remaining balance becoming due 7 days prior to the booking. Wedding car hire payments are required to be settled 14 days prior to the day of the booking.
Booking may be subject to additional waiting time, additional mileage and car park charges.
The invoice from CCCarriages will be itemised.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
In the event of a booking cancellation by the Customer within 48 hours from the start of the period of hire, 50% of all monies paid will be non-refundable.
In the event of a booking cancellation by the Customer within 24 hours from the start of the period of hire, 100% of all monies paid will be non-refundable.
In the event of a wedding booking cancellation within 2 months from the start of the period of hire, the deposit will be non-refundable. If a wedding booking is cancelled within 1 month from the start of the period of hire, the full hire amount will still be charged to the customer.
In the event of a customer not present at the designated point of collection and no contact made, all monies paid will be non-refundable.
Terms and Conditions
Any travel arrangements that need to be booked with 12 hours or less notice, need to be made via calling 07845307092 or 07500900918.
A minimum hire period of 3 hours applies to all booking except for airport transfers. This includes wedding hire or as directed bookings.
We will ensure that your car arrives at the time of the booking but we are unable to accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances out of our control.
The driver will drive at safe and sensible speeds in accordance with road conditions, traffic and the legal speed limits.
Clients are responsible for any damage they cause to the interior and or exterior of a vehicle on hire to them and will be billed accordingly for any repair or valeting required in order to reinstate a vehicle to working order.
By supplying your email address you permit CCCarriages to contact you via email but we will never give your details to a third party.
If there are any changes or variations including extra mileage to the journeys other than what was agreed at the time of booking, the client will be charged extras in accordance with the pricing structure on our website.
We reserve the right to change your vehicle or chauffeur at any time if necessary.
Your chauffeur will travel by the most appropriate route on the day, unless instructed otherwise by the customer.
CCCarriages’ vehicles are fully insured for passenger and third party claims. However, customer’s properties are carried entirely at their own risk.
CCCarriages will keep a lost property book at their office, and will endeavor to return any lost goods left in our vehicle to the customer.
CCCarriages have the right to refuse to carry any passenger who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and whose behavior poses a threat either to the Chauffeur, the vehicle or any other passenger.
CCCarriages maintains a strict non-smoking policy in all its vehicles.
CCCarriages reserve the right to charge additional surcharge for any bookings made for public and bank holidays like Christmas Day or New Year’s Eve. The exact price will be quoted to the customer at the time of inquiry and before booking.
When it is necessary for a chauffeur to spend the night away, a fixed charge of £80.00 will apply. Also, for each period of 8 hours a chauffeur’s meal allowance of £15.00 will be charged.
Gratuities are at the client’s discretion.
These terms and conditions do not affect the Client’s’ statutory rights.
Club Class Carriages accept no responsibility for any loss or damage to luggage or any other item, however such loss or damage may occur.
